The U.S. Postal Service recommends: “To ensure your tax return is postmarked on the day you mail it, ask a retail associate at a Post Office retail counter to hand-cancel it for free.”

Tax Forms at the Library

Forms: Some physical tax forms and instruction books are or will be available at NOPL branches.
Printing: You can also download and print any tax forms available online from a computer at the library. NOPL can print up to 5 pages of tax forms for you at no charge; additional pages may be printed at the cost of 10¢ per page.
