2025-2027 Northern Onondaga Public Library Strategic Plan
This document outlines a path ahead for Northern Onondaga Public Library (NOPL) that is based on strategic priorities and goals for the 3-year period beginning January 1, 2025, and ending December 31, 2027. It is designed to be dynamic in nature with the flexibility to adjust to the changing needs of the community while staying abreast of library trends and innovations.
The creation of this plan was informed by the input by community members, patrons, and staff through an extensive survey, focus groups, interviews, and a SOAR analysis. The next step in the process is to develop action items for each objective. Regular status reports to the Board of Trustees and updates to the community will ensure that we meet our goals.
