Encore! Creative Aging Workshops

Encore! Creative Aging Workshops

Creative Aging workshops are professionally run programs designed for adults age 50 and older to engage in visual, literary and performing arts for social engagement, skill mastery, and meaningful artistic expression.

What is EncoreEncore! is NOPL’s branded Creative Aging program and was the first of its kind in Onondaga County. This season’s Encore! professional workshops will focus on: drawing basics at NOPL Cicero  and choral singing and portrait sculpting at the NOPL N. Syracuse branch. All Encore classes include six sessions and will begin mid-September of 2018; space is limited and registration is required.

Participants and their families and friends are all invited to a reception on Saturday, October 27 from 11am-Noon at NOPL Cicero to enjoy refreshments and share what they have learned.
