Brainfuse HelpNow

Brainfuse is an online learning platform offering live, online tutoring for students of all ages. Within Brainfuse, you’ll find study aids, virtual meeting rooms, FAFSA assistance, practice tests, a writing lab, and more. Live, online tutoring for students and adults from 2 pm to 11 pm seven days a week using Whiteboard

Adult Learning Center is the adult learners’ version of HelpNow™ where patrons can access High School Equivalency prep, US Citizenship test prep, resume assistance, Microsoft Office support, and Career Resources. To use the LinkedIn Learning App with your Library Card

  1. BEFORE using the app, set up your account online by clicking the LinkedIn Learning link at:
    nopl.org/digital-downloads/#classes
  2. Download the free LinkedIn Learning app from an app store onto your device.
  3. When you open the app, choose “Sign In”, even if you have never used Lynda.com or LinkedIn Learning. Please note: If you have a LinkedIn app already installed on your device it may ask you to sign in with your name. Select the “Not…” option to log in using your library card.
  4. Leave the email box blank and click on blue text “Sign in with your library card”.
  5. Enter our Library ID, with “onondagacounty” at the end of the address. Press continue.
  6. Follow prompts for email, library card number, and PIN.

If you had done any courses in Lynda.com or set any preferences, those will now appear in your LinkedIn Learning app and online.
