Can a pass be reserved in advanced for a specific date in the future?
Yes, continue scrolling through the dates (or use the calendar feature in the top right of the page) to choose the date you are interested in reserving. You may then request a pass for that specific date. You will be able to see reserves that have already been placed on the pass. Reservations can only be made 30 days in advance.
I’m not sure when I want to visit the MOST. Should I place multiple reserves?
No, only place a reserve once you are sure of the date.
Can a pass be requested from any library listed on Tix Keeper?
Yes, if your library’s pass is not available, you may request a pass from a different library listed.
How do you cancel a reservation?
Call or visit your library to request that your reserve be cancelled.
Can a reservation be made on a card that is blocked for fines/fees etc. owed?
Yes, cards with fines/fees or other blocks can still be used to reserve a pass.
