Our Mission statement:
To enhance the effectiveness of NOPL @ North Syracuse by providing support of both a financial and volunteer nature, to promote, sponsor, and to carry out educational and public service purposes and objectives so as to encourage citizen interest and participation in the public library.
We welcome and encourage new members to join us in fulfilling our mission statement. Our meetings are held on a monthly basis and are at:
7:00 pm on the first Tuesday of the month
