During the month of January 2014, NOPL will be holding our 11th Annual CNYSPCA Collection Drive. NOPL @ North Syracuse will be collecting items on the SPCA pet wish list including pet food, new toys, gently used blankets and towels, collars, leashes and more.

NOPL @ North Syracuse will also be holding a special CNYSPCA Meet & Greet with an SPCA dog that is up for adoption on Saturday, February 1st from 12:00pm to 1:00pm. Photos of other pets up for adoption will be on display and a CNY SPCA representative will be available to answer questions about the adoption process.

The NOPL community is passionate about helping our furry friends, donating hundreds of items each year. We’ve had three carloads full of donations and we hope to do the same this year! As the campaign continues to grow, NOPL is excited to support the charitable goals of our animal loving community and strengthen our relationship with the CNYSPCA.

“Many of our shelter dogs come from a bad situation,” says Terri Para, development director at the CNYSPCA. “By adopting a shelter dog you will not only be giving them a wonderful home with care and love but you will be gaining a devoted friend.”

Please help make this year’s collection drive a success and consider adopting from a shelter when you’re ready to add a new family member.
